• - Payment information (processed by Stripe or held in invoices)

• - Contract: Processing necessary to deliver coaching services you have engaged us for.
• - Legitimate interests: Maintaining business records, responding to enquiries, and improving our services.
• - Legal obligation: Retaining financial records as required by HMRC.

• - Book Like a Boss — scheduling and calendar bookings
• - Stripe — payment processing (does not store full card data on our systems)
• - Signaturely — digital contract signing
• - Email provider — for coaching correspondence

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR.

6. How long we keep your data

• - Financial records: 6 years after the end of the financial year (HMRC requirement)
• - Session notes and coaching correspondence: 3 years after the end of the coaching relationship
• - Enquiry data (where no coaching relationship begins): 12 months

7. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• - Rectification of inaccurate data
• - Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances
• - Restriction of processing in certain circumstances
