Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions govern the coaching services provided by Lesley Christie (“the Coach”) to the individual or business named in the coaching agreement (“the Client”). By signing the coaching agreement and making payment, the Client agrees to these terms in full.

2. Services

The Coach provides business strategy coaching, AI and systems consultancy, and associated inner-work support as described in the agreed programme. The standard programme is three months in duration and includes three 60-minute calls per month, email support between calls, and a full business audit in month one.

An optional Telegram support add-on may be agreed separately and is billed as an additional monthly fee.

3. Booking and Commencement

The coaching relationship begins once both parties have signed the coaching agreement and the first payment has been received. A free 30-minute discovery call prior to engagement does not constitute commencement of services and creates no contractual obligation on either party.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are as stated in the coaching agreement at the time of booking. Two payment options are available:

• - Pay upfront: Full programme fee paid before the first session.
• - Pay monthly: Monthly fee due before each month's sessions begin.

Payment is accepted via Stripe (card) or bank transfer (details provided on invoice). Where monthly payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the Coach reserves the right to pause sessions until payment is made.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Once a calendar month of coaching has begun, the fee for that month is non-refundable regardless of whether all sessions are used.

To cancel a monthly rolling arrangement, the Client must give 30 days' written notice by email. The three-month programme ends automatically unless both parties agree to continue.

If a session is cancelled by the Client with less than 24 hours' notice, it will be forfeited. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time within the same month where possible.

If the Coach cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no loss to the Client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the coaching relationship. The Coach will not disclose the Client's personal or business information to any third party without consent, except where required by law. The Client will not share the Coach's proprietary frameworks, materials, or session content publicly without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, worksheets, and materials provided by the Coach remain the intellectual property of Lesley Christie. The Client is granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use such materials for their own business purposes only.

8. Not a Therapy or Medical Service

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. The Coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Any inner-work tools used within sessions (including CBT techniques, NLP, and somatic approaches) are used in a coaching context only.

The Client is responsible for their own decisions and wellbeing. If the Client is dealing with significant mental health challenges, they are advised to seek appropriate professional support.

9. Results

The Coach makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Results depend on the Client's own effort, engagement, and circumstances. Testimonials and examples shared on the website are illustrative and not a promise of equivalent results.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Coach's total liability to the Client for any claim arising from the coaching relationship shall not exceed the fees paid for the month in which the issue arose. The Coach is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative loss.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
